Who We Are

My name is Blair Imbody, and I started Global Business Analysts, a private micro growth fund, after a career as a Fortune 500 executive and board member, where I focused on driving business transformation, continuous improvement, and growth. Our micro growth fund has delivered a return of 67.54% over the past 2 years through disciplined strategy and consistent execution.

My leadership journey has taken me across six continents and more than 60 countries, in executive roles at companies with revenues up to $65 billion. From boardrooms to factory floors, I’ve learned that sustainable success requires two things: organizations that execute with excellence and leaders who continually grow in their capabilities and careers.

Whether scaling or turning around businesses, launching global strategies, advising high-performance teams, or coaching individuals through pivotal transitions, I’ve seen that outstanding results come from disciplined planning, strong execution, customer excellence, disruptive innovation, and above all, an unwavering focus on people, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Today, I bring those same principles to our new business advisory and career coaching service, GBA Advisor, helping leaders and professionals achieve breakthrough performance and lasting career success.

I partner with companies and individuals to navigate complexity, overcome challenges, and chart a clear path toward growth, performance, and lasting impact for your business or your career.

Your next breakthrough starts with one conversation. Just contact me directly below to set-up a call to discuss how we can help you overcome the challenges you are facing. The call is absolutely free.
